The Recruitment Process
Interview FAQ
Please go to the 104 job bank Primax page to search for the latest job openings and submit your resume.The hiring manager will review your resume as soon as possible. If you pass the preliminary review then HR will contact you to arrange for further interviews.
Resume review will take one to two weeks. If you meet the employer unit’s requirements, HR will contact you to confirm the interview arrangements. If there are no suitable vacancies, your resume will be retained in the Primax talent database. If a suitable job opening becomes available, you will be invited to an interview.
You will be sent an interview notice once HR has confirmed the interview arrangements with you. Please go to the link in the letter and fill out your personal details before the interview. This will provide the employer unit with a more complete picture for your interview.
An English proficiency test and an interview with the hiring manager unit will be conducted on the day. Please set aside at least 3 hours for the entire process.
The result of the interview will be assessed after one or two weeks. If you pass the assessment, HR will contact you as soon as possible to make further arrangements. If you do not receive a response, you may write to HR to confirm.
